He was in charge of project management and implementation of ERP systems, management and coordination of the IT and Systems areas, as well as IT infrastructure and telecommunications.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with emphasis on Systems Analysis, as well as a Graduate degree in Information Systems from PUC-RS; he has a Specialization degree in Corporate Management from FGV RS, and an MBA in Process Management from ESPM, an MBA in Finance, from UFRGS, and another MBA in Project Management from FGV RS.

He is experienced in designing projects and implementing departmental systems, Integrated Management Systems – ERPs (EBS, SAP, MFG among others); Project design, development and implementation of CRM, Call Center and BSC systems; Web systems project (Workflow, Online Integration of Supply Chain and ERP); Project design, development and implementation of Web EDI, either through an

Integrator or through Web with Clients or Suppliers; he is acquainted with corporate business processes, document analysis, definition, audits and indicators of departmental management (B.I.), and has experience in negotiations with suppliers, external and internal clients, having succeeded in all of his challenges.

He spent 27 years in companies from the Electric Sector, heading up challenges in the areas of Planning, Design, Execution, Inspection, Maintenance and Operation of Electric Energy Distribution Systems. He has also led the areas of Sales, Quality Management System implementation for ISO 9001 certification, Process Mapping, Implantation of New Technologies, and the Development of Work Procedures.

He has provided consultancy for the public sector, covering issues on public lighting works.

He stands out for his experience and expertise in management and special skills with processes of change and improvements in general.

She studied Administration at PUC-RS, among other professional development courses, seminars and training programs, both in Brazil and the USA (University of Berkeley – California). She has participated in international financial executive events and meetings in Brazil and Europe. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC. She is studying the 9th semester of Legal and Social Sciences through Centro Universitário Metodista do Sul – IPA.

She has spent 27 years in a range of business segments as an independent and internal auditor, controller and director. She has led projects for company organization in general, new plants and investments, reformulating processes and implementing systems (SAP, MFG - PRO, Hyperion, Microsiga), new industrial units, pluriannual and budget planning, management report, cost processes, pricing and tariffing. She has led and participated in a number of reorganizations, structuring departments and processes. She has been responsible for viability projects, providing support in a range of resource capturing decisions and strategies, company restructuring, tariff readjustments with regulators, among other such demands.

In 2003, thanks to her involvement in the controllership of Rio Grande Energia S.A – RGE, she was awarded the title of Best Controllership of the Year, granted by the COGE Foundation.
